Rose has been a registered nurse since 1975. She entered the infusion therapy field as an IV nurse in 1982 and obtained CRNI certification in 1991. In addition to hospital settings, Rose has experience in the alternate site infusion therapy field as a home infusion nurse, nurse manager, director of nursing, administrator and CEO of a Medicare certified, JCAHO accredited home health agency. Rose maintains her IV therapy and PICC insertion skills through part time work in an academic medical center, in Illinois. At Infusion Therapy Institute, she develops, schedule and coordinate group and on-site educational programs. Rose personally provides consulting services to develop PICC teams and deploy hi-tech home infusion nursing services. .
Rose organized the Illinois Vascular Access network (IVAN), the Illinois chapter of Association for Vascular Access (AVA), and served as the first president of IVAN. Rose is the presidential advisor and treasurer of the IVAN. Rose is a member of the AVA education committee and Illinois Nurses Association (INA) peer review pane. In addition to AVA and IVAN Rose is a member of the Infusion Nurses Society (INS), League of Intravenous Therapy Education (LITE), Illinois nurses Association (INA) and American Nurses Association (ANA).

April has been a nurse for 30 years. She has 29 years of infusion therapy experience as PICC Nurse and IV nurse in hospital and home health care settings. She is currently a Clinician III IV Nurse in a large hospital in a large Northwest Suburban Chicago Hospital in Illinois. In addition to placing peripheral IVs and PICC lines, April assists physicians with central line placements, provides patient education, and oversees the PICC program. She provides in-services on IV therapy-related topics; precepts staff RNs, student nurses and new IV therapy nurses. April, a member of INS and AVA, and current president of Illinois Vascular Access Network (IVAN), a local chapter of the Association for Vascular Access (AVA). |

Infusion Clinical Specialist
Jackie has been in the infusion nursing arena for over 40 years. She is currently a level four IV Nurse Clinician in a university health care system. Jackie inserted long line catheters during her service as a nurse in the Vietnam War and she is a member of the Illinois Military and Civilian Memorial Project. Jackie served the INS in local and national levels and received several awards for her outstanding contributions to the infusion therapy field. She was a district leader and INS member of the year in 1987 and 1988. Jackie received the INS outstanding Membership Recruitment Award from 1993 - 1996. She also served the INS in the national level as the INS President. Jackie continues her commitment for excellence in infusion therapy by providing group and on-site educational services.
