Consulting Services

We provide infusion nursing related consulting services for acute and alternate site care providers, manufacturers and legal entities.  Our consulting services include policy and procedure development, review and updates, on-site staff training, and one-on-one mentoring. Our consultants are available for few hours, days to months or an ongoing basis.    

Infusion Consulting

We assist small and large facilities to establish new IV teams, PICC and Vascular access teams or to enhance to existing teams.  Our consulting services include policy and procedure development, review and updates, staff training, and one- on- one mentoring. ITI educators are available for few hours, days to months, or an ongoing basis.

Our Home Infusion Experts assist home health agencies to deploy hi-tech home infusion nursing services. We prepare hi-tech home infusion policy and procedures and train your skilled visit nurses to provide infusion nursing services at home.

We assist manufacturers to release new products with imperative education.  We work collaboratively and confidentially with your marketing team to train consumers precise usage of new products.  You can relay the education to our educators.

Legal Consulting
Rose Koshy, RN, BSN, CRNI, VA-BC with 29 years infusion therapy experience in hospitals and home infusion therapy provides medical record review, expert opinion, affidavit, deposition and testify for plaintiff and defense.  Fees are negotiated on an hourly or daily basis.
